Divisions: < 12 months, 1 year olds, 2 year olds, 3 year olds

Maximum of 15 entries per division
Prizes: Winners will receive sashes and crowns
Scoring: Personality/Stage Presence · Outfit/Costume · Introduction (ages 2 & 3 year olds)

Contestants are judged across the following categories by a panel of qualified judges:
Private Interview — Judged on ability to converse, personality, and poise.
Professional Wear — Judged on posture, poise, and overall impression.
Hobby Wear — Judged on personality and diversity.
Evening Wear — Judged on stage presence and overall impression.
On-Stage Speech — Judged on the ability to express thought and communication abilities.
Impromptu Word — Judged on the ability to express thoughts and describe what their word means to them (scores only count for queen contestants).
Community Service — Judged on the completed hours of community service.

Applications for the La Porte County Fair Pageant are now open — don't miss your chance to be part of this celebrated tradition! All applications must be submitted by May 3rd, 2026, so be sure to get yours in before the deadline.

2024 Queen Samantha Wilson
Sam is a junior at Indiana Wesleyan University and will be graduating in December of 2025. She is the president of her local Psi Chi chapter as well as psychology club and is passionate about advocating for mental health and well-being. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog, spending time in her greenhouse, and dancing.
2023 Queen Jaxzee Marks
Jaxzee graduated from South Central High school in 2021 and is currently a junior at Ball State University. She is studying Elementary education with a concentration in Early Childhood. In her free time she enjoys, taking her dog Honey for walks, hanging out with friends and relaxing at the lake!
2023 Princess Ava Redlin
Ava currently attends LaPorte High School as a Junior. She is on the cheer and track team. She is also involved in the FFA club at LaPorte. She loves to volunteer around her community! In her free time she likes to hangout with her friends and spend time with her 4-H animals.
2022 Queen Kate Fine
Kate graduated from South Central High School in 2021 and is currently attending Purdue University. She is majoring in Natural Resources and Environmental Science with a concentration in Sustainability Studies. Outside of school, Kate enjoys spending time with her friends, thrifting, trying new coffee, and running. Kate placed in the Top 10 at the Miss Indiana State Fair Pageant and has greatly enjoyed representing LaPorte County Fair.
2022 Princess Katelyn Peterson
Currently attending Laporte High School as a Sophomore. She is involved in key club and is on the swim team! She is actively involved in her community. She volunteers for her local food drive and community garden!! In her free time she enjoy taking walks and hanging out with friends.
2021 Queen Raeann Grusak
Graduated from South Central High School in 2019 and is currently attending Valparaiso University. She is majoring in Communications with a concentration in Journalism. Outside of school, Raeann works as a server and at a clothing boutique in downtown Valpo. Her favorite things include getting coffee, shopping, and hanging out with her cats.
2021 Princess Caloe Peretti
Currently attends LaCrosse High School as a Freshman. She is involved in Cross Country, Cheer, Basketball, Track, and manages Boys Golf. She is #1 in her class! Outside of sports, Caloe is also involved in Student Council. She enjoys playing with her dog, hanging out with friends, and going to the beach!
